Head Instructors at Charles Minter Karate are dedicated students who have undergone extensive training and advanced from Assistant Instructors. They lead classes at multiple locations and oversee programs such as the After-School Program, Parent Night Off, and Karate Camps.

Master Charles Minter began his martial arts journey in 1971 and has since taught thousands of students, continually inspiring and guiding them. With over 45 years of experience, including numerous competitions, he uses his extensive knowledge to support students interested in competing. However, Master Minter believes that martial arts are much more than competition, emphasizing that proficiency in self-defense and forms is key to becoming a well-rounded martial artist.
